The “Hochkalter” apartment is furnished in apartment style with a combined living room/bedroom, spacious kitchen area and modern bathroom. It is located on the first floor of the main house and can accommodate up to four people.

A rotating flat-screen smart TV visually separates the living area from the sleeping area. There, the comfortable, backlit double bed measuring 180×200 cm with high-quality pocket spring mattresses, the spacious closet with adjoining coat rack as well as luggage rack and integrated laptop safe form a harmonious unit. In the living/dining area, there is a 140×200 cm permanent sofa bed with mattress for the 3rd and 4th person. The fully equipped fitted kitchen with branded electrical appliances including dishwasher, induction hob and microwave with baking function has a large dining table with four armchairs.

The terrace, which is accessible from the apartment, offers a wonderful view of the impressive panorama of the Berchtesgaden Alps and the majestic Watzmann from the covered seating area.
