The house was built over two floors. The entrance area has its own spacious terrace with seating area. On the first floor, a spacious kitchen with a round seating area in the wood-decorated bay window and a wonderful panoramic view of the Berchtesgaden Alps invites you to enjoy a cozy get-together with family or friends. The modern and bright furnishings combine harmoniously with high-quality, typical Bavarian craftsmanship. The fully equipped fitted kitchen has brand-name electrical appliances including a dishwasher, induction hob, oven and two fridges. The living room adjoining the kitchen is adorned by a cozy tiled stove and the solid wooden staircase to the upper floor. The spacious corner sofa invites you to linger. The large panoramic window opens up the view of the Alpine world as well as the spacious, sun-drenched and covered balcony, which also provides space for dining or sunbathing together.

There is also a bedroom with bunk beds, a bathroom and an additional, separate WC on the first floor.

Two further bedrooms with their own balcony and a bathroom with walk-in shower are located on the upper floor.

The bedrooms are furnished with a comfortable, backlit double bed measuring 180×200 cm with high-quality pocket spring mattresses. The large bedroom has a large closet with adjoining coat rack, luggage rack and integrated laptop safe.
The small bedroom is also furnished with a slightly offset bunk bed with mattresses measuring 90 x 200 cm.

Flat-screen smart TVs with satellite connection are installed in the living room and in one bedroom.

From the terrace and the three balconies you have an unobstructed, breathtaking view of the impressive panorama of the Berchtesgaden Alps and the majestic Watzmann.
